Mobile headshots FOR BUSINESS
We are based in Gainesville, FL, and travel to you is included throughout Gainesville and Alachua County.
No need for you (or your entire company) to race across town to make your appointment with us! We do not operate out of a brick-and-mortar studio. Instead, we come to you at your place of business, office, warehouse, home, etc, and set up a mini portable studio right there on location. Our process and setup is specifically designed to get quick, consistent results that will give you a cohesive set of images for all of your marketing and communication needs.
We understand that not everyone loves being in front of a camera, so our sessions are quick and to the point! For small or large groups, headshot sessions generally take between 5-15 minutes (per person) of actual photographing time, depending on the number of photos you want.
We can make most interior spaces work, but we will need a little space to set up our equipment to make the magic happen (even if we have to move some furniture or desks around a little).
We provide headshots for all, whether you’re a working professional or graduating student wanting to make a strong first impression during a job search, or a large company needing updated headshots for leadership and staff for your marketing or website.

Booking your session
Contact us through email or text message to check our availability for your desired date and time (We’re very responsive!). Be sure to include the number of people needing headshots in your session. Once the date and time of your session is established, we’ll email you a link to sign an agreement and pay a non-refundable booking fee. Booking fees reserve your date and time and are credited towards your final invoice.
Morning to early afternoon tend to be the best times of day for fresh faces.
backgrounds
We keep it simple when it comes to background options, with varying shades of white, gray, or black. These options are timeless and work with any design or website. Let us know if you need a specific type of background or have specific photo standards for your organization.
An environmental background is also an option. You can choose a background in or around your office or area that adds interest.
Proofing
We will review the images with you in person immediately after each session to ensure we’ve captured the photos you need and to make your selects. We will keep original image files for one year after your photo session, so you can always come back for more images later. Upon request, we can make a proofing gallery available after the shoot.
retouching
After the photos are selected, we’ll soon begin retouching them to pixel perfection. It’s best to avoid a heavy hand in the retouching process to keep results looking natural. Let us know if there are any particular concerns you'd like us to address during the post-production process.
delivery & Usage
After retouching is complete, we'll send you a link to download your retouched images. You are granted license to use the photos however you want for as long as you want. Payment in full is required prior to delivery of images.
Turnaround time
Turnaround time is generally within 3 business days from the date of your headshot session. High-volume sessions may increase that a little.
File formats
We deliver digital images only. You'll receive two file sizes for each retouched photo:
Small - Lower resolution jpg optimized for use online with social media and similar websites.
Large - Full resolution jpg perfect for printed advertising materials, comp cards, and wall displays. You can also downsize this image for use in just about any media.
We deliver horizontal photos in a 4:3 aspect ratio. This gives you the ability to crop the image to a vertical aspect ratio later if you need. We're happy to accommodate specific photo requirements or aspect ratios. Just provide the aspect ratio or pixel dimensions needed, and we'll include it with your final delivery.
